An insight into the lifeblood of RAP – our employee blog

Through it, our employees will be telling you their story, explaining how their role fits into the RAP jigsaw. It’s also our chance to celebrate them and the work they do.

Our people, based across our London headquarters, as well as Ireland, South Korea and Malaysia, are helping us achieve our mission – to develop game-changing, revolutionary products that make us the market leader in food-to-go packaging.

To give you more of a glimpse into what they do, each post will delve into a different area of the business. We’ll hear from those whose impeccable planning ensures products get to shelves on time, to staff whose flair for innovation helps us meet the challenges associated with extending product shelf life and reducing food waste. It’ll also offer a snapshot into those who’ve been with us from the very start and have seen us grow and flourish during our 16 years to-date.

So join us to find out how our people add value for both brands and consumers and spearhead our international reputation as a leading supplier.

Coming soon – John McDermott, RAP’s Operation Director, explains why our Irish manufacturing facility is one of the linchpins of our success.
